Anna completed an apprenticeship as a real estate agent and is fluent in German, English and Spanish. Prior to HomeFeelio, she worked for two other companies in Customer Service. As part of her last position, she built up an inhouse customer service from one to over 20 employees and professionalised customer care processes. At HomeFeelio, Anna is now responsible for the smooth running of all customer enquiries and concerns.
Anna loves to spend her vacation in a holiday home with her family in Palma de Mallorca.

Manuel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences. After his studies he gained professional experience in the field of communication & digitalisation at an auditing company. Besides that, he managed his parents' holiday home on the weekend. At HomeFeelio, Manuel is now also responsible for the digitalisation of our customer journey. Furthermore, he represents the interface between holiday home owners and facility managers.
Manuel loves to spend his vacation in a holiday home with his friends at Timmendorfer Strand.
